Eleanor will be creating a wonderful new massage, yoga, and healing space in Henfield, she is currently living in Steyning.

Eleanor Jane Tovey has been practising yoga for 19 years. She has been an Examiner for the Inner Healing School of Yoga in Wellingborough, and teaches a foundation course in yoga. She has enjoyed being a complimentary therapist for the last 8 years, developing a wide range of Massage techniques, and Bodywork drawn from studying all over the world.
 Her business, Hatha Yoga, started in Warwickshire in 2001, and has grown from strength to strength. After moving to West Cork in Ireland for 3 years, she developed a good client base; working in her private practise from home and a number of healing centres.
Eleanor helped to set up Clonakilty Natural Therapies, a successful therapy Centre in the heart of Clonakilty Ireland. Working as part of a team with a range of practitioners from Acupuncturists to Naturopaths .
Eleanor Currently lives and works in West Sussex England, continuing the career she loves through her massage, bodywork, and yoga teaching. She has worked with over 3500 clients, and still maintains a client base in West Cork & Warwickshire.
She feels massage, reflexology, yoga and facilitating self healing can be powerful tools. Assisting us to live in a body that can manifest optimum health and be free of pain.
Hatha Yoga is one of the styles most widely practised in the west and includes techniques for breathing, postures, flowing sequences, and relaxation. Eleanor's passion comes from the sense of peace and inspiration we experience when uniting body, mind and spirit into the present moment.
People with a wide range of yoga abilities and experience come to her where they find a safe and empowering environment. She has extensive experience in working with groups, which have included children, disabled adults and pregnant women.
Eleanor has developed her natural ability to facilitate healing through touch. She is qualified in a range of massage and healing techniques including Deep Tissue Therapeutic massage, Swedish Massage, Thai massage, Pregnancy massage, Indian Head Massage, Angelic Soul Healing, Reflexology, Reiki, and Kwan Yin Channeling.
Eleanor has completed the 'Awakening Your Light Body' course with Orin and Daben, and integrates this inner wisdom with her knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology into her treatments. Preferring the balanced approach of spirit into matter creating the whole person.
She seeks to manifest her dream of creating a healing Centre, and to help others in realising their dreams too.
